By downloading or using Kolda (the "App"), you agree to these terms.
WHAT KOLDA IS
Kolda is a personal tracker for cold and heat exposure practice: a session timer, a log, streaks, statistics and optional Apple Health integration. All data lives on your device.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Kolda is a tracking tool, not a medical device and not medical advice. Cold-water immersion and sauna use have real contraindications (including heart conditions and pregnancy). Consult your doctor before starting a cold-exposure practice, never practice under the influence of alcohol, and never plunge alone in open water. You use the App at your own risk; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury or damage arising from your practice.
FREE TIER, PRO AND BILLING
Free tier. The session timer for every modality, logging, streaks, 14 days of history, two starter protocols, Apple Health workouts and the shareable streak card are free forever.
Kolda Pro unlocks unlimited history and the full calendar, all protocols and the custom builder, multi-day programs, full statistics and trends, photo notes and CSV export.
Plans. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription, an auto-renewing yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial), a discounted auto-renewing yearly subscription offered once inside the app, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
Free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iOS Settings, under your name, in Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Restore. Use the Restore button on the paywall to restore previous purchases on a new device.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
YOUR CONTENT
Everything you log belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (e.g. device backups); we cannot recover data because we never have it.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the App, or use the Kolda name and artwork without permission.
CHANGES
We may update the App and these terms; material changes will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
