Kolda Privacy Policy

Kolda is a cold plunge & sauna tracker for iPhone. It was built around one principle: your data belongs to you and stays with you.
DATA WE COLLECT
None. Kolda does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data.
No account. Kolda works entirely without registration, e-mail or sign-in.
- On-device storage. Your sessions (times, temperatures, mood ratings, notes, photos) are stored locally on your iPhone in the app's private database.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no trackers.
- No server. Kolda has no backend. Nothing you enter ever leaves your device through us.
APPLE HEALTH
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Kolda writes your finished sessions to Apple Health as workouts, and reads heart rate and heart-rate variability around your sessions to show your body's response inside the app. Health data is processed on your device only, is never transmitted anywhere, and access can be revoked at any time in the Health app under Sharing.
PURCHASES
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. Kolda never sees your payment details.
NOTIFICATIONS
The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. No push servers are involved.
YOUR CONTROL
Delete any session and it is removed from the app's local database immediately (and, if you enabled Health, the matching workout is removed from Apple Health too). Delete the app and all app data stored on the device is deleted with it.
CHILDREN
Kolda is not directed at children and includes wellness content related to cold exposure and sauna use.
CHANGES
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
