Python package for mapping the spatial organisation of connectivity within a pre-defined region-of-interest (ROI) and fitting the results with a spatial statisical model that summarises the map in terms of a limited number of trend surface model coefficients.

Matlab package to quantitatively couple fMRI signals with connective field (CF) properties of visual neurons. The method fits a model of the CF to the responses to a wide range of stimuli and estimates CF location as well as CF size. The code involves an add-on to the VISTA software repository.
