I had the great privilege of teaching and creating the curriculum for a summer camp robotics class using Arduino. This project was a ton of work, but it has been very rewarding to watch the kids learn and have those, "Its working, its working!!" moments that they have worked so hard for. In addition to this, I've learned a great deal about breaking complex ideas  down into simpler, more manageable pieces.  I have learned to trim off all extras and present only the essentials, because when trying to explain a concept that is not yet understood anything extra only distracts.  I have no doubt that this experience will change my life for the better in many ways. My experience working with kids will make me a better father; my  improved communication skills will make me a better team member and employee.  All in all, this has been a huge growing experience for me.
