The Lee Lab is a biomolecular engineering group at Kangwon National University. Our interdisciplinary research encompasses a wide range of topics, including protein engineering, bioconjugate chemistry, biomaterials, biosensor design, and nanobiotechnology, aimed at developing personalized medicine and diagnostic systems for the effective treatment of various diseases. Our primary goal is to engineer biomacromolecules (proteins and DNA) that can be manipulated and produced in the laboratory to modulate the functions of disease-related factors. Ultimately, we aim to fabricate biologically functional composites at the nanoscale for accurate tumor diagnosis and targeted therapy.
