Lodging & Registration
Because registration includes lodging, selecting your cabin is the first crucial step in the process. Attendees who register without selecting lodging, or who arrive without pre-registering, will be slotted in wherever we have room.
Some cabins have large capacity (24 persons), others have smaller capacity (4 beds, 12 beds, etc). Beds are "twin"/Single sized, and some couples may wish to share. Smaller, more private capacity cabins will have a small premium fee on top of the standard registration fee. Paying for your registration locks in your lodging choices on a first paid, first served basis.
Known World War will be taking place over two large group camps: Bob White and Shawnee with walking and driving paths in-between the camps. Camps are close to each other. Events will be scattered between both camps.
Regular Registration & Group Registration
A new feature this year is group registration. You and all your friends want to share cabin space? Want to fill up one cabin just with your fighting company? Keep it in the belted family? There are cabin options for all.
REGULAR/INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:
Once You Have Your Cabin Picked Out ... Let's Register!
Fill out this form with your desired cabin. You will receive an emailed invoice to secure your lodging and pay for your registration.
Your invoice will have these charges: $45 + any cabin premiums you select + small processing fee for online transaction (2.9%) = TOTAL
The PAID invoice secures your cabin selection and registration cost.
Once your invoice is paid you will be prompted to fill out the combination registration form and waiver form. This is a required form for the event!
Once you are PAID and have your waiver done - you're set to attend Known World War and breeze through gate! No filling out paperwork!
GROUP REGISTRATION:
Once You Have Your Cabin Picked Out for Your Group ... Let's Register Y'all!
Fill out this form with your group's desired cabin and the names of everyone in your group. You will receive an emailed invoice to secure your lodging and pay for all registrations in the group.
Your invoice will have these charges: # of attendees x $45 + any cabin premiums you select + small processing fee for online transaction (2.9%) = TOTAL
The PAID invoice secures your group's cabin selection and includes the registration cost for all members of your group.
Once your group invoice is paid you will be prompted to have all members of your group fill out the combination registration form and waiver form. Be sure all members fill out their Registration/Waiver!
Once everyone is PAID and has their waivers done - you're set to attend Known World War and breeze through gate! No filling out paperwork!

We understand. If you want to be slotted in first come, first serve in the cabins and don't care where you land, please fill out this registration/waiver form and we will send you an invoice to PAY for registration and you're all set!

There will be gate registration available, however, pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Organizers wish to be well prepared for all attendees. Thank you for your consideration.
