Pre-Registration and Pre-Pay: Why is this so important? Why should I?
Good question. Because housing accommodations are such a big part of this Known World War (KWW) being able to select your cabin and group in advance is crucial. Folks who do NOT pre-register/pre-pay will be slotted into cabins with ZERO preference. Where you land is where you land. Plus pre-reg helps out our Crat Team as they prepare for Feast, supplies, vendor needs, freebies, Gate Favors, etc. Thank you for helping us make this event and Knightings so special for so many folks. Being back in person is GREAT!

What do I bring?
Beds are provided, but NO linens.
Showers are provided, but no towels/shampoo/etc. (small personal bars of soal provided).
Bring extra toilet paper (especially if you have a preference).
NO GLASS on site (this includes alcohol containers, personal hygiene containers, food, etc).
All cabins have electricity, so any chargers or other paraphernalia needs.
Food if you are not wanting to utilize vendors (small amount of fridge space is available; visit the Food/Vendor page)

How do I volunteer?

Fire Pits

If you are bringing a fire pit to use, you must bring one of these mats with you for use underneath the pit (or an equivalent). There are also existing grills and fire rings for use on site.

Parking

Two wheels must be on the road at all times (roads marked clearly on the maps). Do not drive on the grass or create your own "roadways" please. Thank you for respecting Missouri State Parks!

Once you know what cabin you want, then you need to secure that cabin/location by registering and paying your invoice.
