What We Do.
Why Does it Matter?
With over 70% of Americans failing basic civic literacy tests, our democracy is at risk. Many underserved communities lack the resources needed to expand their knowledge of civics. A democracy without educated citizens is not a democracy at all. We created Know It Know to help youth and adults across the country transcend barriers of systemic inequality and learn their rights, because we believe learning the rules leads the change.
