Caleb began his Chick-fil-A career in 2018 after spending many years in education as a teacher and principal. He was born and raised in the Texas hill country. Similar to Truett Cathy, he navigated very humble beginnings relying on his faith and hard work to become a successful business owner. Caleb's personal mission is to serve and grow people. He and his wife Chelsea live in the west metro with their four boys: Ranger, Duke, Boone and Dodge.
Fun Fact: Caleb has jumped off the Guinness Book of World Record's highest bridge bungee jump... in South Africa!
An excellent restaurant has a written description of the values for our restaurant’s culture. Caleb's responsibility is to have shared this description with his leadership team and team members, and then holding his leaders and team members accountable to consistently demonstrating these values with one another and our guests. Caleb and his leaders must have a system in place to examine the health of our culture (e.g., feedback surveys) and make modifications to ensure the culture is helping us achieve our vision and purpose.
