Notes for Future Improvements for KM
What you gotta do:
Create/update blood drive signup google form and signup genius
Book a date for KM with Trish Betthauser (athletic director)
Set up donation website for KM
Set up sign up for KM
Update KM and blood drive websites
Set up an interest info meeting for KM in late Jan or Early Feb
Update rules/logistics for KM and communicate it to the team leaders
Get batons for the teams and let them decorate it during a wii serve meeting
Buy/borrow all supplies/equipment for KM you need (games, inflatables, trophies, etc)
Create leaderboard for KM fundraising and get them to fundraise as much as possible (ask Mr. Odongo for the fundraising statistics on the donation website)
Coordinate with Angaza partner schools if they want to join in for the fundraising efforts
Prepare event day logistics (map, set-up, volunteer booths, etc)
