Ok so managing the donation website for angaza is really important. Work with Mr. Odongo to work out the logistics and really try to push this out and ask for as many donations as you can.
Managing the lap tracking and funds for the teams suring the KM4A event is probably one of the hardest things you'll have to do. Here is the link. The system this year was really good in theory, but I pushed it out too late and the volunteers were really confused. Biggest things: get as many volunteers as you can(preferrebly board members but its chill if they're already on a team), teach them whatever system you made up at least a couple of days in advance, advertise the powerups and sabotages in advance so people know what they are and raise money to buy them, make the rules simple and understandable and teach it to all board
General Tips:
Get board to help (this seems obv but many of them will probably be locked out sem2 and not be that willing to help) you just gotta ask and be firm
Maintain a steady line of communication with everyone you are working with (Mr. Odongo, Zabrin, other board peeps, etc)
Plan all rules for KM and buy all necessary materials weeks in advance
Feel free to innovate for KM since it's a relatively new event
Be creative and have fun with it
