The Teacher's Guide to Copyright and Fair Use : Allows teachers to use the information that has been provided or created by others.
Creative Commons: This is a free copyright "license" that allows the people who created the content allows to choose how their work is getting used. There up to 6 license that creators could choose from, when someone has one of the requirements to use the materials.
Public Domain: No permission is needed to copy or use public domain works. A work is generally considered to be within the public domain if it is ineligible for copyright protection or its copyright has expired.
Fair Use: is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances.
Gender Inequality in STEM: discrimination on the basis of sex or gender causing one sex or gender to be routinely privileged or prioritized over another.
Digital Divide: the gap between people who have access to affordable, reliable internet service (and the skills and gadgets necessary to take advantage of that access) and those who lack it
Open Educational Resources: materials for teaching or learning that are either in the public domain or have been released under a license that allows them to be freely used, changed, or shared with others.
Universal Design for Learning: is a teaching approach that works to accommodate the needs and abilities of all learners and eliminates unnecessary hurdles in the learning process.

Digital Footprint: refers to the trail of data you leave when using the internet. It includes websites you visit, emails you send, and information you submit online.
Internet Security for Education: security designed to protect systems and the activities of employees and other users while connected to the internet, web browsers, web apps, websites, and networks.
Student Data Privacy: protects the access to and sharing of a student's education record, which is all information directly related to a particular student as part of their education.
Cyber bullying: ccurs when someone uses technology to demean, inflict harm, or cause pain to another person. It is “willful and repeated harm inflicted through the use of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices.
Cyber slacking: refers to an employee's use of work computers and other resources during work hours for non-work-related purposes.
Netiquette: an ideal pattern of behavior for Internet users, guidelines about what is acceptable in an online medium for personal and professional use
E-Plagiarism: is a type of cheating that involves the use of another person's ideas, words, design, art, music, etc., as one's own in whole or in part without acknowledging the author or obtaining his or her permission.
