As a premier production company, KL Performance Industry prides itself on providing the very best entertainment. It is the professionalism of our talent that ensures we continue to provide exceptional service for our clients and we thank everyone for their continuous efforts!
Please read the expectations below to ensure you have a thorough understanding of KL Performance Industry's protocols. Please be aware that it is expected that all talent adhere to the below information at every event.
REHEARSALS
You must attend ALL rehearsals/meetings that are set for your gig (If you cannot attend you must communicate with Kate or Leah to let them know)
You must warm up before every rehearsal (this is your individual responsibility)
Inform Kate or Leah of ANY injuries or illnesses that may affect your performance
Ensure to practise prior to rehearsals - this is very important as it reduces our need for multiple rehearsals and allows us to polish instead of learn/remember choreography
You must ask any questions regarding ‘unknown choreography’ prior to rehearsals
You will need to maintain your dance ability and keep up your fitness
If you miss a rehearsal, you must know all choreography before the next rehearsal (we film most rehearsals) - Please request a video and or music so you can practice before attending the next rehearsal
COSTUMES
KL Performance Industry provides most costumes and accessories for all events and activities. Dancing events however, may require you to bring your own: You will be informed what you need on a job by job basis.

Chorus Shoes (Black or beige - depending on the job)

Some specific types of body language that KL Performance Industry expect include:
Facial expressions like smiling, bright open eyes

Postures like sitting up straight with a tall back and feet positioned like a dancer
Eye contact - looking someone in the eyes while they are talking
Forms of touch like a handshake or a high 5 (generally with children)
Body movements like clapping
