Note: Ph.D. students at TiSEM are recruited by the CentER Graduate School. Selection is based on the candidate's quality. Once a candidate is selected, the student may select a supervisor and a project for the dissertation.
Kleijnen was also an "external fellow" of the Mansholt Graduate School of Social Sciences of Wageningen University.
Publications
Kleijnen published seven books and more than 250 articles in international journals on simulation, statistics, operations research, computer science, etc.; see the Subpage "Publications".
His 1974/1975 book, Statistical techniques in simulation (two volumes) received a “Lanchester Prize Honorable Mention” from the “Operations Research Society of America (ORSA)”, and was translated intoRussian. His 2008 book Design and analysis of simulation experiments was translated into Chinese.
