KCMC RESUMPTION PLAN

基本条件：

1. 本堂重开活动将分阶段进行，并将符合我国政府所概述的严格要求和标准操作程序。

2. 任何进入本堂场所都需要事先申请和批准（进入吧生基督教华人卫理公会申请表格之链 (http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm）。

只有获批准的工作人员和访客才能进入，并且将受到严格监控。进出场所的程序概述如下。

注：主理牧师和执事会主席将负责批准所有申请。

3. 已得批准使用本堂场所者须遵守本堂规定的作业时间（上午9时至晚上10时），大门于晚上10时正关闭。

4. 始终保持至少1米的社交距离。

5. 必须使用口罩。

6. 始终保持个人卫生。

General Advice

1. The resumption of church activities is being rolled out in phases and will be in accordance with strict requirements and standard operating procedure as outlined by the Malaysian Government.

2. Any entry to the church premise would require advance application and approval KCMC Entry Request Approval (http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm). Only approved staff and visitors are allowed entry and will be strictly monitored. Clear entry and exit procedure are outlined below. Note: Senior Pastor and Chairman of LCEC to approve all application.

3. Adherence to the church prescribed operating hours for any approved usage (9am – 10pm) and gate closes at 10PM sharp.

4. Maintain a minimum of 1 metre physical distance at all times.

5. The use of face mask is compulsory.

6. Personal hygiene should be maintained at all times.

KCMC Resumption Plan would be based on the following 4(S):

安全SAFETY

每个人都必须遵守以下安全预防措施：

• 洗手：所有出入口将提供消毒搓手液。请使用它们。

• 戴上口罩：进入本堂场所前，您必须戴上口罩。

• 扫描体温：如果体温高于37.5摄氏度，您将被拒绝进入场所。

• 预防健康：凡患有发烧，咳嗽，喉咙痛，流感或呼吸急促症状的人，都不得出席或参加本堂场所内的任何活动。

• 社交距离：您必须始终保持并遵守1米的社交距离；无肢体接触。

• 年龄预防措施：70岁以上的长者和12岁以下的儿童不允许进入本堂场所（根据国安会 SOP）

SAFETY

Everyone is required to adhere to the following safety precautions:

• Sanitise your hands: Hand sanitisers will be available at all entry and exit points. Please use them.

• Put on your face mask: You are required to wear a face mask before entering the church premise.

• Scan your temperature: If your temperature is above 37.5 Celsius, you will be denied entry.

• Health Precautionary: Those who have symptoms of fever, cough, sore-throat, flu or shortness of breath are not allowed to attend or participate in any activities on the church premise.

• Social Distancing: You are required to maintain and observe 1 metre social distancing at all times; with no physical touch required.

• Age Precautionary: Those above 70 years old and children below age of 12 are not allowed to enter the church premise (as per MKN SOP)

• 本堂将限定一个出入口；请使用本堂南座的正门/C门。

• 本堂幼儿园（TMK）工作人员仅于工作日（本堂幼儿园作业时间为上午7时至傍晚6时）可通过北座门出入本堂场所（注意：仅本堂幼儿园注册工作人员）

承建商

• 紧急和必要的维修工作可继续进行，否则，应推迟进行。

• 承建商须于开始工作前获得批准。请使用吧生基督教华人卫理公会申请表格提交申请。

• 应向所有承包商说明本堂指南，社交距离和其他卫生要求。

SECURITY

• Anyone who has obtained approval and wish to enter the church premise will have to register and be screened prior to entry. KCMC Entry Request Approval can be requested from (http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm)

• Anyone who wish to enter the church premise would need to scan the KCMC QR Code for contact tracing purposes upon entry. The KCMC Contact Tracing Registration can be obtained from (http://tiny.cc/KCMCSBForm).

• There will only be ONE entry/exit point to the church premise; through the Main Entrance / Gate C of KCMC South Block.

• Access through North Block Gate is ONLY allowable for Tadika Methodist Klang (TMK) staff on weekdays during TMK Operation Hours (7am-6pm) (Note: Registered TMK staff ONLY)

Contractors

• Urgent and essential maintenance work and repairs can continue, otherwise, it should be deferred.

• Approval must be obtained for contractors before commencing work. Submit a request using the KCMC Entry Request Form.

• All contractors should be briefed on church guidelines, physical distancing and other hygiene requirements.

阶段 STAGES

阶段1-恢复性

• 本堂办公室的运作将于严格的社交隔离下恢复。

• 表面和经常触摸的物体（例如，电梯按钮，门，把手，开关，桌子，水槽，检查站，触摸屏等）

将至少每周清洁和消毒一次。

• 本堂所有事工依然以在线/虚拟的方式进行（主日崇拜会，查经，细胞小组等）

• 每主日的崇拜会和各事工依然以预录或现场录影的方式进行。

• 使用设施的人数：每次最多20人。

• 在使用本堂场所之前，须最迟于2天前提交申请表格。

• 请以电话会议，电话，视频会议（Zoom，Google Meet等）或FaceTime®代替面对面会议。

Phase 1: Recovery

• Church office operation to resume under strict social distancing.

• Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and objects that are frequently touched (e.g., lifts buttons, doors, handles, switches, tables, sinks, check-in stations, touch screens, etc.) once a week.

• All church ministries remain online/virtual (Sunday Service, Bible studies, cell groups etc.)

• Sunday Services and respective ministries to remain on pre-recording or live-recording

• No. of people per usage of facilities: Maximum 20 person ONLY per time.

• Application for approval entry is required at least 2 days prior to usage of KCMC premise.

• Replace in-person meetings with conference calls, phone calls, videoconferencing (Zoom, Google Meet etc.) or FaceTime®.

空间SPACE

本堂重开计划的第一恢复性阶段将专注于限制使用空间和设施，以确保使用者遵守严格的重开措施。以下是场地和设施，包括它们的重开状态的清单：

• 教会办公室，四楼：仅开放给需要办公的教牧同工，职员和授权人员（主理牧师和执事会主席将负责批准此项目）（作业时间：仅从上午9时至下午5时）

• 多用途礼堂，一楼，南座：开放作为线上/ 录影用途

• 小礼堂，一楼，南座：开放作为有条件性使用和用途

• 本堂幼儿园：仅开放给幼儿园员工作为运作用途

• 牧师楼（北座东西两翼，三楼）仅开放给居住于本堂的牧者与家人

SPACE

The Phase 1 Recovery of KCMC Resumption Plan focuses on restricted usage of space and facilities to ensure strict resumption measures are adhered to. Below are the listings of the common venues and facilities including status of resumption:

Open with Strict Guidelines:

• Church Office, Level 4: Open to Pastors, Staff and Authorised Personnel (permission granted by Senior Pastor / LCEC Chairman) ONLY who are required to work (Operating Hours: 9am – 5pm only).

• Multipurpose Hall (MPH), Level 1, South Block: Open for Online / Recording Purposes.

• South Block Chapel, Level 1, South Block: Open for conditional usage and purposes.

• TMK Premises: Open for TMK Staff and operations only

• Pastoral Parsonages (North Block East Wing and West Wing, Level 3): Open for resident Pastors and family in residence only.
