KCMC RESUMPTION PLAN (Phase 3)

基本条件：

1. 本堂重开活动将分阶段进行，并将符合我国政府所概述的严格要求和标准操作程序。

2. 任何进入本堂场所都需要事先申请和批准（进入吧生基督教华人卫理公会申请表格之链 (http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm）。

只有获批准的工作人员和访客才能进入，并且将受到严格监控。进出场所的程序概述如下。

注：主理牧师和执事会主席将负责批准所有申请。

3. 已得批准使用本堂场所者须遵守本堂规定的作业时间（上午9时至晚上10时），大门于晚上10时正关闭。

4. 始终保持至少1米的社交距离。

5. 必须使用口罩。

6. 始终保持个人卫生。

7. 若弟兄姐妹与正在进行“居家隔离”的家人同住，我们鼓励您暂时透过网络参与线上聚会直播。

General Advice

1. The resumption of church activities is being rolled out in phases and will be in accordance with strict requirements and standard operating procedure as outlined by the Malaysian Government.

2. Any entry to the church premise would require advance application and approval KCMC Entry Request Approval (http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm). Only approved staff and visitors are allowed entry and will be strictly monitored. Clear entry and exit procedure are outlined below. Note: Senior Pastor and Chairman of LCEC to approve all application.

3. Adherence to the church prescribed operating hours for any approved usage (9am – 11pm) and gate closes at 11PM sharp.

4. Maintain a minimum of 1 metre physical distance at all times.

5. The use of face mask is compulsory.

6. Personal hygiene should be maintained at all times.

7. Those living with family members who are observing self quarantine measures are encouraged to stay at home and participate through online services or meetings.

KCMC Resumption Plan would be based on the following 4(S):

安全SAFETY

每个人都必须遵守以下安全预防措施：

• 洗手：所有出入口将提供消毒搓手液。请使用它们。

• 戴上口罩：进入本堂场所前，您必须戴上口罩。

• 扫描体温：如果体温处于或高于 37.5 摄氏度，您将被拒绝进入场所。

• 预防健康：凡患有发烧，咳嗽，喉咙痛，流感或呼吸急促症状的人，都不得出席或参加本堂场所内的任何活动。

• 社交距离：您必须始终保持并遵守1米的社交距离；无肢体接触。

• 年龄预防措施：70 岁以上的长者允许但不鼓励参加实体聚会（根据国安会之标准 作业程序）

SAFETY

Everyone is required to adhere to the following safety precautions:

• Sanitise your hands: Hand sanitisers will be available at all entry and exit points. Please use them.

• Put on your face mask: You are required to wear a face mask before entering the church premise.

• Scan your temperature: If your temperature is 37.5 Celsius and above, you will be denied entry.

• Health Precautionary: Those who have symptoms of fever, cough, sore-throat, flu or shortness of breath are not allowed to attend or participate in any activities on the church premise.

• Social Distancing: You are required to maintain and observe 1 metre social distancing at all times; with no physical touch required.

• Age Precautionary: Those 70 years old and above are allowed but not encouraged to attend physical gathering (as per MKN SOP)

• 任何获得批准并希望进入本堂场所的人都必须在进入之前进行注册和筛查。可透过（http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm）提交进入吧生基督教华人卫理公会申请表格

• 于本堂重开阶段 3 期间，任何希望进入本堂场所者都需扫描“一步”（SELangkah） 签到系统二维码以进行联系追踪。

• 本堂将限定一个出入口；请使用本堂南座的正门/C门。

• 本堂幼儿园（TMK）工作人员仅于工作日（本堂幼儿园作业时间为上午7时至傍晚6时）可通过北座A门出入本堂场所（注：仅本堂幼儿园注册工作人员）。该出入口也将于主日开放供主日崇拜会众使用。

承建商

• 紧急和必要的维修工作可继续进行，否则，应推迟进行。

• 承建商须于开始工作前获得批准。请使用吧生基督教华人卫理公会申请表格提交申请。

• 应向所有承包商说明本堂指南，社交距离和其他卫生要求。

SECURITY

• Anyone who has obtained approval and wish to enter the church premise will have to register and be screened prior to entry. KCMC Entry Request Approval can be requested from (http://tiny.cc/KCMCEntryForm)

• Anyone who wish to enter the church premise would need to scan the SELANGKAH QR Code for contact tracing purposes upon entry for Phase 3.

• There will only be ONE entry/exit point to the church premise; through the Main Entrance / Gate C of KCMC South Block.

• Access through North Block Gate A is ONLY allowable for Tadika Methodist Klang (TMK) staff on weekdays during TMK Operation Hours (7am-6pm) (Note: Registered TMK staff ONLY) and on Sundays for Sunday Worship Services

Contractors

• Urgent and essential maintenance work and repairs can continue, otherwise, it should be deferred.

• Approval must be obtained for contractors before commencing work. Submit a request using the KCMC Entry Request Form.

• All contractors should be briefed on church guidelines, physical distancing and other hygiene requirements.

阶段 STAGES

阶段3-新常态

• 本堂办公室将继续于严格的社交隔离要求下运作。任何时段到访本堂办公室的访客人数以6人为限。访客或出席会议者须预约。

• 本堂将每日清洁和消毒经常受触摸的表面和物体（例如，电梯按钮，门，把手，开关，桌子，水槽，签到站，触屏等）。

• 各事工委员以及领袖可预先申请使用本堂设施作为开会用途。然而，本堂鼓励各事工委员以及领袖继续以电话会议，电话，视频会议（Zoom，Google Meet等）或FaceTime®代替面对面会议。

• 使用设施的人数：每次最多120人（主日崇拜会除外）。

• 在使用本堂场所之前，须最迟于2天前提交申请表格。

Phase 3: New Normal

• Church office operation remain under strict social distancing requirements. Only a maximum of 6 visitors are allowed at any given time in the church office. Visitation or meeting is only by appointment only.

• Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and objects that are frequently touched around the church premise (e.g., lifts buttons, doors, handles, switches, tables, sinks, check-in stations, touch screens, etc.) are to be done on a daily basis.

• Committee and leadership meetings of respective ministries can request for booking of church facilities. However, they are encouraged to remain with conference calls, phone calls, videoconferencing (Zoom, Google Meet etc.) or FaceTime®.

• No. of people per usage of facilities: Maximum 120 person ONLY per time except for Sunday Worship.

• Application for approval entry is required at least 2 days prior to usage of KCMC premise.

空间SPACE

本堂重开计划的第3新常态阶段将专注于允许更多任何时段的本堂场所使用人数，并开放更多的可使用空间和设施，同时也确保众使用者遵守重开措施和标准作业程序。以下是场地和设施，包括它们的重开状况的清单:

重开但须遵守严格的指南：

• 教会办公室，四楼：可开放给已预约或需出席预定会议的访客。任何时段到访的访客人数以6人为限。（作业时间：仅从上午9时至下午5时）

• 多用途礼堂，南座一楼：开放作为有条件性使用和用途

• 小礼堂，南座一楼：开放作为有条件性使用和用途

• 青年事工多用途礼堂，北座：开放作为有条件性使用和用途

• 本堂幼儿园：仅开放给幼儿园工作人员供运作用途

• 牧师楼（北座东西两翼，三楼）：仅开放给居住于本堂的牧者与家人

• 中文崇拜圣堂（南座二楼和三楼）：暂时关闭以进行维修工作

• 英文崇拜圣堂（北座二楼）：开放作为实体/在线直播用途

• 执事会会议室，三楼：开放作为本堂事工开会用途（20人为限）

SPACE

The Phase 3: New Normal of KCMC Resumption Plan focuses on increasing the number of people allowed on the church premise at any given time and easing of more spaces and facilities whilst ensuring the resumption measures and SOPs are being adhered to. Below are the listings of the common venues and facilities including status of the resumption:

Open with Strict Guidelines:

• Church Office, Level 4: Visitors are allowed only by appointment or scheduled meetings. With a maximum of 6 visitors at any given time. (Operating Hours: 9am – 5pm only).

• Multipurpose Hall (MPH), Level 1, South Block: Open for conditional usage and purposes.

• South Block Chapel, Level 1, South Block: Open for conditional usage and purposes.

• YM Multipurpose Hall (MPH), North Block: Open for conditional usage and purposes.

• TMK Premises: Open for TMK Staff and operations only.

• Pastoral Parsonages (North Block East Wing and West Wing, Level 3): Open for resident Pastors and family in residence only.

• CWS Sanctuary (Level 2 & Level 3, South Block): Temporary close for Rectification Work.

• EWS Sanctuary (Level 2), North Block: Open for Physical Service and Live Streaming / Recording Purposes.

• LCEC Conference Meeting Room, Level 3: Open for KCMC ministry meetings (maximum of 20 pax).
