Cybersecurity design or engineering to this day emphasizes only two aspects, namely technology and management. Emphasis on the legal aspects needs to be done so that cybersecurity failures in the technological and managerial aspects can still be mitigated using legal solutions. Therefore, scientific mastery of cyber criminology, digital forensics, and cyber law is needed in building cybersecurity.
