The engineer is the most interesting profession of the XXI century because they engineering the future. Engineering applies science creatively to produce technology that works autonomously to meet essential human needs, using the forces available in the environment. This lecture explains the principles of Engineering that develop into five categories: (i) basic single discipline, (ii) computing, (iii) signal processing systems, (iv) value of product services, and (v) built a visionary community. Each category leverages the forces of nature, logic, knowledge, investment, crowdsourcing, and inspiration to meet the needs for materials, energy, information, services, knowledge, and value. These principles of engineering will enable engineers to solve the humanitarian problems of the XXI century, which are important, interesting, and challenging. This lecture is expected to participate in socializing engineering and inspire the younger generation to choose to pursue engineering, by becoming future engineers.
