1 to 2 bedroom: $51 (3 hours max)
3 to 4 bedroom: $85 (5 hours max)
5 to 6 bedroom: $120 (7 hours max)
7 plus bedroom: $136 to $170 (8 to 10 hours max)
RESET FOR SPRING PACKAGE: $17 AN HOUR
1 to 2 bedroom: $77(4.5 hours max)
3 to 4 bedroom: $110.50 (6.5 hours max)
5 to 6 bedroom: $144.50 (8.5 hours max)
7 plus bedroom: $170 to $204 (10 to 12 hours max)
“MAKE IT LOOK LIKE NO ONE LIVES HERE” MOVE IN/OUT PACKAGE:
1 to 2 bedroom: $85 (5 hours max)
3 to 4 bedroom: $120 (7 hours max)
5 to 6 bedroom: $153 (9 hours max)
7 plus bedroom: $178.5 to $212.5 (10.5 to 12.5 hours max)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES WE OFFER:(FINAL PRICES AFTER ESTIMATE)
SMOKE REMOVAL PACKAGE: starting at $80 varies depending severity
SINGLE PARENT PACKAGE: $100
This will include the basic package, toy deep clean and put away, and a closet revamps ( if needed or wanted)
FRIDGE CLEAN OUT: $50
In this package we will go through all the items and throw away any and all expired/ moldy food. We will also wipe all the shelves out as we go through!
WASH DISHES: (we will wash your dishes for you!)
½ sink full - add $10 to package
Full sink - add $20 to package
Overflow - add $45 to package
(will be using dish detergent provided by you)
