Cleaning List

*BASIC PACKAGE*

ALL AREAS OF HOUSE:

• Dust all surfaces

• Dust all furniture 

• Dust baseboards, blinds, door panels, etc.

• Dust Ceiling fans (within reach)

• Vacuum all floors ( hardwood included)

• Mop all hard floor surfaces

• Empty ALL trash

• Dust wall fixtures and lamps/shade

BATHROOM:(everything in all areas that applies plus)

• Clean and disinfect all surfaces, cabinets, showers/tubs, toilets inside/out, door knobs, switch plates

• Clean all fixtures

• Organize 

KITCHEN: (everything in all areas that applies plus)

• Microwave inside and out

• Oven including top, inside, and out

• Dishwasher (if applicable)

• Outside of fridge (additional services available)

• Disinfect sink (additional services available)

• Clean and disinfect kitchen table, all surfaces, cabinets, Pictures, fixtures, door knobs, and switch plates

BEDROOM(S): (everything in all areas that applies plus)

• Changing sheets (upon request)

• Standard bed making

• Dust all surfaces (dressers included), blinds, door knobs, wall decor, switch plates, lamps, etc.

• Sweep/ Vacuum 

• Mop if applicable 

SPECIAL PACKAGES:

RESET FOR SPRING:

• Clean all windows, glass, frame, and windowsill

• Damp wipe all baseboards, door panels, and frames

• Vacuum and shampoo furniture

• Shampoo carpets 

• Fresh curtains 

• Damp wipe all kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts

• Remove all cobwebs

• If you have an extra area needing some extra tlc 

“MAKE IT LOOK LIKE NO ONE LIVES HERE” MOVING IN/OUT:

• Clean all windows, glass, frame, and windowsill

• Damp wipe all baseboards, door panels, and frames

• Vacuum and shampoo furniture

• Damp wipe all kitchen and bathroom cabinets inside and out

• Remove all cobwebs

• Organizing cabinets, pantry, closets, etc
