The overworld engine has been almost fully developed. The next steps are currently to finish working on Chara's run animation and improve the way that rooms update.
The guts of the save system have been fully developed. The only reason to alter the code now is to account for new things being added that would require to be saved.
There is still a long way to go with the battle system, but major progress has been made, specifically towards both player and enemy attacks, along with the HP system for both the enemies and the player.
Development on the overworld menu has only recently begun, but the inventory has had major progress completed. Items can now be selected and you can view info on the items.
Work on tilesets has not really begun yet, as I want to get some more technical stuff done before freshening up the tileset.
Chara's sprites are almost complete. I want to redo the sprites for when Temmie is riding in Chara's bag, and I need to finish the run cycles.
Temmie's idle sprites are all complete, however I need to work on walk cycles for them.
