I was born in the north of Spain (Valladolid) and lived in Palencia. In 2006, I came to the United States thanks to an exchange teaching program between the Kentucky Department of Education and the Government of Spain. What was going to be a few months/years teaching experience, turned into a change of life.
All this time I´ve lived in Lexington, KY. This wonderful city and the Spanish immersion school where I teach has become my home.
My XYL and I love traveling and learning about other cultures and try to share our experiences in our Paella n Pie blog.
I have fun chasing new grids in FT8 and participating in the program Parks On The Air with my IC7300 and the antenna Chameleon EMCOMM II.
