  • Early bird registration until 15th Dec.

    • Professors / Researchers / General Participant : JPY 55,000

    • Students : JPY 40,000

  • Standard registration from 16th Dec.

    • Professors / Researchers / General Participant : JPY 65,000

    • Students : JPY 50,000

We are preparing a proposal for a plan to accommodate you in a shared room for approximately 10,000 yen per night. Please apply as soon as possible during registration, as there is a limit to the number of rooms we can accept.

• Deadline for Earlybird Registration & Authors' Registration: December 15, 2023

• After registration, you will receive a URL for card payment from Sankei Overseas Travel (kjccs2024@sankeikaigai.com). Please enter your card number and complete the payment in the URL.  

If you have registered but have not received a credit card URL, please contact kjccs2024reg@gmail.com.

However, the preparation of the payment URL is taking longer than expected, causing a delay.

Please wait a little longer for the payment URL.
