Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of LineCraft (the "App"), operated by JMVAS Telecommunications Private Limited (OPC) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using LineCraft, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Eligibility and accounts
You can play LineCraft without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and unlocks friends, the activity wall, and tournaments. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
If you're under the age of majority in your country, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use sign-in-based features.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage, especially in tournaments; harass, abuse, or impersonate other players; post display names, comments, or content on the activity wall that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App or our servers.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Virtual currency and items
Coins, themes, and other in-app items ("Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable between accounts. Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the App, not sold — we may adjust, add, or remove Virtual Items at our discretion.
Tournaments
Tournaments are provided for entertainment. Results are based on in-app performance (moves, stars, timing) as recorded by our servers. We reserve the right to adjust rankings, void results, or take other action in cases of clear cheating or technical error.
User-generated content
Anything you post — your display name, avatar, activity wall posts, comments, and tournament names — is your responsibility. By posting, you grant us a license to display that content within the App to your friends or, where applicable, other players. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Advertising
LineCraft is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Ads help keep the App free to play.
Intellectual property
LineCraft, its logo, design, and puzzle content are owned by JMVAS Telecommunications Private Limited (OPC). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LineCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMVAS Telecommunications Private Limited (OPC) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to LineCraft at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time from Profile > Account > Delete Account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LineCraft after changes means you accept the updated terms.
