Who we are
LineCraft is developed and operated by JMVAS Telecommunications Private Limited (OPC), a company registered in India. This policy explains what information LineCraft collects, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at jmvastpl@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. You can also set a display name and avatar (an emoji or an uploaded photo) directly in the app.
Gameplay data. Your level progress, stars, coins, streaks, and completed daily/spotlight challenges are stored on your device. If you're signed in, this data is also synced to our servers so it's available if you reinstall or switch devices.
Social data. If you add friends, your friend list, activity posts (level clears, streaks, tournament wins), likes, and comments are stored on our servers and visible to your connected friends.
Tournament data. If you join or create a tournament, your participation, scores, and rankings are stored and may be visible to other tournament participants.
Advertising data. LineCraft shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, and to personalize them where permitted. See Google's own privacy policy for how AdMob handles this data.
How we use your information
We use your information to: operate core gameplay features (saving your progress); power social features (friends, the activity wall, tournaments); keep your account secure and let you sign in; respond to support requests sent to our contact email; and show and measure advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services we use
Google Sign-In — for account authentication.
Supabase — our backend database provider, which stores your account, gameplay, and social data securely.
Google AdMob — for displaying in-app advertising.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
Children's privacy
LineCraft is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email above and we will take steps to delete it.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile > Account > Delete Account, which sends a deletion request to our team. We aim to process deletion requests promptly.
Your choices
You can play LineCraft without signing in — in that case, your progress stays only on your device and no social or tournament features are available. You can sign out at any time from your Profile page, and you can request account deletion as described above.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures, including row-level access controls on our database, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LineCraft after changes means you accept the updated policy.
