Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my college club—the UMass Theatre Guild—was unable to do its usual four in-person performances for the academic year. Instead, we took strides in creating our own radio show productions on Spotify and Anchor.
I first wrote a newsletter for our Fall 2020 production Twelfth Night and created a playbill for the production. Marketing was able to use these for show promotion on our socials. I created another playbill for the Spring 2021 production Hysterics and Other Adverse Reactions to Sudden Encounters with Death—a show written and directed by fellow Guild member and PWTC graduate Brigid Hern.
