Kirsten Diefenbach

Hello!

My name is Kirsten Diefenbach. I currently work as a technical writer and oversee the documentation for Dimensional Insight's DivePort, Measure Factory, ProDiver, DiveTab, and NetDiver products. I also produce documentation and videos for a number of DI's applications.
In an increasingly technologically-driven world, I suppose it should not have been a surprise to me that UMass Amherst's Professional Writing and Technical Communication certificate was what brought my passions for writing and art together. In it, I divested my time into incorporating writing into design. I enjoy both separately, but together they feel as though they are working in harmony.
My acquired skills surrounding universal design and writing provided me a new perspective as to how we as creators are able to help communicate ideas and messages to a range of audiences.
