Google Drive Save Sync: If you enable the Cloud Save/Sync feature, the App requests permission to access your Google Drive. This access is strictly used to create a private, app-specific folder to upload and download your game save states and configuration files. All sync data is processed locally on your device and transmitted directly to Google Drive via official Google APIs. We do not host, store, or have access to your Google account details or save files on any third-party servers.
Third-Party Advertising (Future Integration): The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may collect and process device-specific information, including your device's unique advertising identifier (e.g., Google Play Services Advertising ID - ADID), IP address, and usage statistics to serve personalized ads.
In-App Purchases & Payments: All transactions, payments, and subscription processing are handled securely by Google Play Billing services. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other sensitive payment information.
2. Device Permissions To function properly, the App may request the following permissions on your device:
Storage Access (Read/Write): Required to scan, load, and run game ROMs and BIOS files that you supply locally on your device.
Network Access: Required to fetch catalog metadata, perform Google Drive Save Sync, and display advertisements or fetch updates.
Notifications: Required to send you updates or notifications regarding game sync tasks.
3. Third-Party Links and Services The App may contain links to external websites, such as game catalog links or external sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third-party websites or services.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Since we do not collect your personal data on any server owned by us, we do not retain your data. If you wish to revoke the App's access to your Google Drive, you can do so at any time through your Google Account security settings page under "Third-party apps with account access."
5. Children's Privacy We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our App is an emulation utility. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
