Lecturing Experience

WHAT COURSES DO I LECTURE? 

Currently, I teach intelligent, well-mannered and ambitious students in the courses of Business Management and Organizational Culture at the “Bachelors” Educational and Qualification Degree (EQD), both in Bulgarian and English language, at degree programmes as the Business Economics, Industrial Business, and Business Economics and Management taught in English language. At the Master's level of study, as students, you would have the opportunity of interacting with me intensively and professionally in courses taught in Bulgarian, such as Project Management in the specialty of Business Analytics and Projects, the course of Business Culture in the specialty of Business Economics, the course of Human Resource Management and Leadership in Sport in the joint programme between the UNWE and the NSA of Sports Business, and the course of Organisational Leadership in the specialty of Business Leadership. In English, you have the opportunity of realizing intensive professional communication with me, if I teach you at the Master's degree level in courses as International Human Resource Management in English language at the Dual Master's Program in International Business and Management in English language with Shanghai Zhao Tong University – China, and International Human Resource Management in English language at the Dual Master's Program in International Business with English language with the University of International Studies – Rome, Italy.

WHAT IS MY TEACHING EXPERIENCE?

Over the years of my career development, I have successively held academic positions as a part-time and temporary assistant professor, full-time assistant professor, senior assistant professor, chief assistant professor, and associate professor, and have gained extensive and useful teaching experience that includes lecturing and leading workshops in a wide range of courses, as follows:

• in the Bachelor’s Educational and Qualificational Degree: Business Management (in English and Bulgarian), Corporate Management (in English), Business Strategies (in English and Bulgarian), , Corporate/Organizational Culture (in English and Bulgarian) and Economics of the Enterprise (in English and Bulgarian) in various specialties;

• in the Master's Educational and Qualificational Degree: Management of the Business Organization (in Bulgarian), Business Strategies and Policies (in Bulgarian), Organizational Leadership (in Bulgarian), Multi-cultural Issues in the European Human Resource Management (in English, Joint Master's programme with the Nittingsham Trent University - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), Business Culture (in Bulgarian), Project Management (in Bulgarian) in various specialisations.
