Kereru feather pressed porcelain earrings with platinum lustre and .925 sterling silver hooks.
Welcome to Kiri Booth Design — handmade ceramic and sterling silver jewellery inspired by native New Zealand plants and Birds. Created by Kiri Booth in Dunedin.
Kiri's ceramic jewellery is individual, original and handmade at home in her studio in New Zealand.
Kiri studied Fine Arts at the Otago school of Fine Art, majoring in Ceramics, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1998.
Her work is predominantly one-off, and completely handmade using the highest quality materials she can source.
One-off
Much of Kiri's work is unique and one off. Each piece fired 3 times to 1200c.
Kiri uses porcelain she makes herself coupled with hooks hand bent and made of .925 Sterling silver.
The lustre coating on my work is platinum or 24c gold.
'Kiri's pieces are absolutely stunning and incredible quality. Absolutely perfect as a gift to represent a little piece of NZ. Such wonderful service too :-)'
