Kintland is officially called the Democratic, Socialist, Communist, Federal Republic of Kintland, or the DSCRK.
Kintlands government is made up of the Board of directory, which serves as a parliament or congress to the country. It is comprised of 200 officials, 50 elected seats, 50 vice elected seats, and 100 randomly selected members of the public. Kintland has 6 provinces and 23 cities, there is an official and vice official for each city and province of the country. There is also an official and a vice official for each service the country offers to its citizens. Public transport, healthcare, law, Etc.
Kintland holds democratic elections every 5 years for these officials from 6 different parties. Term limits for officials are 3 terms of 5 years. There is no official or vice official in charge of the general government like a president or prime minister. This way, no one person can corrupt the entire government by making decisions they think are right. Kintland is a democracy, and has the people vote on most major laws that pass in the country, these smaller elections happen every year. Officials of the Board of directory are in charge of managing the services and places they have been put in charge of. The elections for B.O.D. (Board Of Directory) are voted on by the people of Kintland from 6 different political parties, number of votes are counted to the exact, the party with the most votes wins all 100 seats of the officials. Citizens are heavily encouraged to vote in all elections. Citizens must be legal adults at the age of 18 years or older to vote in any election. Whenever the B.O.D. holds meetings, 100 random citizens are called in to vote on decisions and laws for them to pass, at least 51 people must vote in favor of a law for it to pass. Officials come up with new laws for the people of the duty to vote on. To remove laws, 51 people of the duty must vote in favor of it.
Kintland is under a communist socialist command economy. This means that the government and the B.O.D. controls all production and manages all the produce of Kintlands economy and industries. Kintland as of the recent June 2025 elections has been experimenting with private businesses. However, certain foreign companies have been allowed to operate in Kintland for years now, such as McDonalds, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Lidl, Auchan, Maxima, Metro, T-Mobile, Ikea, Deutsche Bank, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Addidas, Finnair, Lufthansa, Swiss Air, and more.
