ARTICLE 1 SECTION 1 All legislative powers within the borders of Kintland will be operated and governed by Kintlands Board of Directory, which consists of 6 province representatives, public service representatives, and 30 city representatives.
SECTION 2 All legislative representatives can be voted into office for 3 terms of 5 years per term. Representatives are voted in by the public through Ballets that are dispensed at local government offices. Citizens under the age of 18 years cannot vote for head representatives.
SECTION 3 All legislative representatives can be voted out of office for wrongdoing or abuse of power by the rest of the Board of Directory, at least an 80% vote by the board is needed to vote the representative out.
SECTION 4 All legislative representatives must have a vice representative to hold the power of the main representative in case of disaster.
SECTION 5 In order to make laws or remove laws, the Board of Directory must form an assembly, and all must sign the bill or re-law for it to become a law.
SECTION 6 Any legislative representative cannot be a convicted felon or major criminal, a person under the age of 30 years, run for a second or third term if voted out of office, cannot be any other nationality then Kintlandish, push propaganda in favor of Kintland or any nation, pass laws that push down or hurt minorities, religions, impact on life for the worse, try and overthrow legislation entirely, and or pass laws that help religions or force people to participate in them. And nobody in government shall lawfully change this constitution, the lawbook or the policies books!
SECTION 7 Any legislative representative can be male, can be female, can be someone over the age of 30, someone of any race, someone of any religion, and someone who hasn't committed a major crime or is accused of it and is waiting due process.
ARTICLE 2 SECTION 1 Citizens of the Democratic, Socialist, Communist, Federal Republic, of Kintland, (D.S.C.R.K.) are permitted to move freely inside and outside Kintland boarders. Exiting Kintland requires a passport and depending on the destination, a visa. Citizenship is easy to obtain. Citizens are legally entitled to private shelter, (unless in the state of emergency) food and water access, protection by the police and military, access to public transport, protection by the fire and rescue services, free healthcare, freedom of speech, access to clean water, access to electricity, access to a passport, access to freedom of movement, access to community areas and people, rubbish collection, rights to vote, and protection abroad.
SECTION 2 Citizens are expected to follow all laws and official authority, uphold employment, pay fines in certain circumstances, hold an education through central school, respect and to not physically harm others, be fluent in Russian, Finnish, or both, (english is also accepted) complete military service and comply if drafted, (you will be) vote for leaders, and show up to work on time.
SECTION 3 Citizens are allowed as many children and pets as they please. As long as they are properly cared for and there not abused. Then they will be taken.
ARTICLE 3 SECTION 1 Judicial power shall be controlled by the Board of Directory and Kintland law. The top supreme court will handle the most serious of cases and will be located in the capital Nalviki. The rest of trials will assemble in the capital of the province for which the crime was committed.
SECTION 2 After a criminal is found guilty, they will be sentenced for a period and sent to minimal or maximum security prison. During a sentence, criminals will sometimes be forced to do community work that includes street sweeping and clearing, construction, janitorial work, and transit sanitation. After they are released, they will lose certain rights and accesses, that are the right to get a drivers licence or buy a car, right to move freely without permission outside Kintland, ETC.
SECTION 3 Lighter crimes are mostly punished via fine or extra unpaid work time. Lighter crimes will not result in loss of rights or accesses. If a foreigner who does not have citizenship or a tourist who commit any crime, light or heavy, will be jailed, depending on the crime, be sentenced or fined. After they are punished, they will be deported and possibly be barred from entering Kintland again. Once deported they will most likely be trialed in their country of origin as well.
SECTION 4 Kintland law is expected to be obeyed and followed at all time within the Kintland borders.
ARTICLE 4 SECTION 1 The Board of Directory shall not start any battle or conflict over the people, land, or sea. Kintland is to only use its forces or military when attacked.
SECTION 2 No prisoner nor criminal shall be lawfully executed on Kintland soil. Killers or murderers will be in a prison for eternity.
SECTION 3 Citizens shall be able to pick their line of employment from the available job pool in their area.
SECTION 4 No person is above other persons in Kintland!(The law is blind)
ARTICLE 5 SECTION 1 This constitution of the New Democratic, Socialist, Communist, Federal Republic, of Kintland after being signed by the leading revolutionists, plans to take effect on the 12th of January, 1971. After 3 years of hardship, extreme poverty, crime, and loss of authority, the island will get back to normal. This document is being written through the 26th of October, to the 2nd of November 1970. Signing of this document will begin on the 11th of November, 1970. All future elections will take place on the 15th of June of every 5 years. To assign new leaders to our new country on the 1st of February 1971. The next election after that will be on the 15th of June, 1975.
SECTION 2 The signing of this document will commence below this text. Signing will be completed by 20 of the leading revolutionists. Any other signatures from revolutionists or the general public is welcomed. This is to give this document more authority over the country and the world. Signing will start on the 11th of November, 1970 and last until the 11th of January 1971. A 2 month period.
