The Board of Directors (Board) of the Kingston Ridge Homeowners Association adopted this complaint form to file written CIC Complaints with the board for action, inaction or decision by the governing board, managing agent or association you claim is inconsistent wit the Declaration, Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws, rules or any governing document of the Association, or applicable law.

Notice: If the board issues a final decision denying your CIC Complaint, or if the board does not respond to it after 30 days, you have a right to file a notice of Final Adverse Decision with the Common Interest Community Ombudsperson under 29 Del. C 2544 (9) , (10).
Keep a record of when this complaint was delivered to the Association's Board of Directors. You may hand deliver it, USPS delivery tracking, registered mail, certified mail with return receipt requested or return receipt requested to the Associations email address, return receipt requested. The Board will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 days.
