Association Fees

The current annual maintenance assessment for the Greenbriar Kingspark Homeowners Association is $324.00/ $81.00 payable quarterly. The Greenbriar Kingspark Homeowners Association is a mandatory homeowners association with Covenants and Restrictions and By-Laws governing the subdivision. These restrictions are recorded in the records of Cleveland County and in each individual's lot's abstract.

Payments can be made though any of the following methods:

Electronically directly through QuickBooks - If you don't mind the additional charge, this is the fastest and easiest way to make payments. Just send us a message to greenbriarkingsparkhoa@gmail.com, letting us know you would like to use this service and whether you would like it to be one time, or reoccuring.

Additional charges will be applied to your account upon your request for QuickBooks service(s). This can be set up as reoccurring access, or as a one time link.

Any Electronic Payment, including ACH = $1 convenience fee
Credit Card Transactions = 5% Service Charge in addition to the $1 convenience fee

Payments through QuickBooks are immediately posted to your account and are secure.

Electronically through Zelle - Zelle is a free program that many banks use. If your bank uses this service, it is free of charge. Unfortunately, not all banks use Zelle. If this method is desired, you will need to set up this service through your bank. Our contact information will be asked for, greenbriarkingsparkhoa@gmail.com is the email needed to send us payment.

We accept personal checks and money orders. Many banks now offer online bill pay, this method will send us an electronic check as well. Most banks will even let you set up reoccurring payments, so that you don't have to remember to send payment.
