What is Artisan Village and where is it?

• Guests are able to visit various artisans featuring home made crafts, jewelry, prints, apparel, decorations and much more.
• Guests are not obligated to purchase anything, but are encouraged to.
• Artisan Village is located at the base of the Eiffel Tower.

Where can I watch Ice Carving?

• You can watch Ice Carving in Action Zone, near Snow Works.
• Demonstrations happen at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30.

What is Mrs. Claus' Kitchen Cookie Decorating like?

• Guests are able to help Mrs. Claus' and the elves decorate 4 big cookies with icing and sprinkles for $14.99.
• Guests of all ages will enjoy this experience as you can decorate the cookies anyway you like.
• This is extremely popular so it is recommended that you do this early in the evening as you may experience longer lines later in the evening.

What is Jack Frost's Igloo VIP Village?

• Jack Frost's Igloo VIP Village is a premium service which allows up to 4 guests for $299 to relax in luxury Igloos under the Eiffel Tower. This premium service includes: reserved seating at select shows, an event host, select food & beverage delivery to your igloo (menu prices apply). You also receive a Souvenir Hot Chocolate Mug per each guest, a complimentary ice skating or carriage ride session and a cookie decorating session at Mrs. Claus' Kitchen. There are other surprises planned throughout the night. This does not include Park Admission. Dining and Drink plans are not accepted with this experience. You can add up to 4 additional guests for $29.99.

Can my kid(s) send a letter to Santa during Winterfest?

• Yes! Kings Island offers the "North Pole Post Office" located on International Street. Kids are able to write a letter to Santa with crayons, pens and paper provided. Once the letter is written to Santa, the elves at the post office will collect the letters and certify the mail to make sure it arrives to the North Pole for Santa to read. Once Santa has read the mail he returns the mail to the North Pole Post Office to be displayed on the wall for parents and kids to see during their next visit to Winterfest.

Can my kid(s) create anything at Winterfest?

• Yes! Sally's Christmas Crafts in Charlie Brown's Christmas Town is the perfect place for kids under 12 to create some crafts as they create great memories during Winterfest! Kids receive their own bag of crafts as they enter Sally's Holiday Hangout!

Can we get a picture with Santa during Winterfest?

• Yes! Guests of all ages are able to visit Santa in Rivertown Wonderland to get a picture with Santa at St. Nick's Pics! Guests are able to purchase a variety of photo packages.

Am I able to use FunPix to get my picture with Santa?

• Yes. The elves will give you a card with your photo attached to a QR code to be added to your account. However, you must make a $5 purchase to add the photo to your FunPix account.

Are there any places to play games?

• Yes, the standard arcades are open (with some holiday prizes in which you are able to get with redeeming your tickets), guests are also able to play games in Coney Elf Village which include select winner every time games. Guests also can visit Coca-Cola Bear Plaza to play interactive games with nightly prizes.
