DCH Sports medicine provided all of our skaters with a free pre-concussion screening, an in-kind value of over $1000! This pre-screen will allow us to skate safer. By knowing our baseline cognitive levels, we will be able to quantitatively evaluate when it is safe to return to skating after a head injury, should one occur.
