Legislative Branch

The Celesticouncilio is the legislative body split between the Regioconsiglio (lower chamber) and the National Assembly (upper chamber) The Celesticouncilio is one of the most important bodies of Ceestria, ruled/represented by the Speaker of the Council, a role elected in every 6 months. The Celesticouncilio can initiate numerous protocols such as a vacancy, however this cannot last more than a month.
