Judicial Branch

The Imperial Court is the primary system in the Judicial Branch of Celestria. The Imperial Court manages the laws flowing into Celestria's legal code, alongside ensuring it remains constitutional, and must ensure it does not harm the Celestrian People. The Imperial Court is ran by the Supreme Judge, a position Inaugurated by the Re. The Imperial Court's laws must go through the legislature, and the Executive Branch. The Sovereign isnt required to vote within the passing of a law, but is legally allowed to. 

The Supreme Judge is the Judicial leader inaugurated by the Re. The Supreme Judge manages all four wards of the Imperial Court, and must ensure all laws they pass are constitutional, Celestrian, and American. The Supreme Judge may not be politically affilliated unless permitted by the Re specially.
