NJGames(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 「왕국 기사 키우기」(이하 "게임")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다.
계정 : 게임 계정 ID(게스트 계정), 로그인 정보(토큰) (수집 방법 : 게임을 처음 시작할 때 자동 생성)
게임 이용 : 게임 진행 정보(세이브 데이터), 접속 기록, 서버 시간 동기화 기록 (수집 방법 : 게임 이용 중 자동 수집)
결제 : 구매 상품, 결제 영수증(주문 번호), 결제 시각 (수집 방법 : 앱 안 구매 시 Google Play 결제를 통해)
광고 : 광고 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치, 광고 이용 기록 (수집 방법 : 광고를 볼 때 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)가 수집)
문의 : 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 계정 ID (수집 방법 : 고객센터로 문의할 때 이용자가 직접 보냄)
Google 계정 연동 (기능 제공 시) : Google 계정 식별자 (수집 방법 : 이용자가 Google 계정 연동을 고를 때)
회사는 이름, 주민등록번호, 전화번호 같은 정보를 받지 않습니다.

앱 안 구매 확인과 상품 지급, 환불 처리
부정 이용 방지(결제 위변조, 비정상 플레이 확인)

게임 계정과 진행 정보 : 계정 삭제를 요청하거나 서비스를 종료할 때까지. 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록(문의 기록) : 3년 (같은 법률)

회사는 게임 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡깁니다.
뒤끝(BACKND) : 게임 서버 운영, 계정 · 진행 정보 저장, 결제 영수증 검증, 공지 (항목 : 계정 ID, 게임 진행 정보, 결제 기록)
Google LLC (Google Play) : 앱 배포, 앱 안 결제 (항목 : 결제 정보 (Google 이 처리))
Google LLC (AdMob) : 광고 표시 및 측정 (항목 : 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치, 광고 이용 기록)
게임은 광고 표시와 앱 안 결제를 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다.
이전받는 자 : Google LLC (연락처 : https://support.google.com/policies)
이전되는 국가 : 미국
이전 시기와 방법 : 광고를 볼 때, 앱 안에서 결제할 때 네트워크를 통해 전송
이전 항목 : 광고 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소, 광고 이용 기록, 결제 정보
이전 목적 : 광고 표시 및 측정, 결제 처리
보유 기간 : Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)에 따름
거부 방법 : 기기 설정에서 광고 ID 를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 결제 정보 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 안 구매를 하지 않으면 됩니다. 이 경우에도 게임의 기본 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.
법령에 따른 경우를 빼고 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제(계정 삭제), 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
요청 방법 : 고객센터 이메일(kseungpyo1701@gmail.com)로 게임 안 계정 ID(설정 또는 타이틀 화면 > 계정에서 복사)와 함께 보내 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
광고 ID 는 기기 설정(Google > 광고)에서 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
보유 기간이 끝났거나 목적을 이룬 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
서버와의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다.
서버 접근 권한을 최소한으로 관리합니다.
게임 진행 정보에는 위변조 확인 값을 둡니다.

NJGames ("we") respects the privacy of players of the mobile game "Kingdom Knights Idle" ("the Game").
1. Information we collect
Account: game account ID (guest account) and login token, created automatically on first launch.
Gameplay: game progress (save data), access logs and server time sync logs.
Purchases: purchased items, order/receipt numbers and times, through Google Play billing.
Ads: advertising ID, device information, approximate location estimated from IP address, and ad interaction data, collected by Google AdMob when ads are shown.
Support: email address, message and account ID you send to us.
Google account linking (when offered): Google account identifier.
2. How we use it: to create and sign in to accounts, save progress and continue on other devices, verify purchases and deliver items, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and show and measure ads.
3. Retention: account and progress data until you request deletion or the service ends; purchase records for 5 years and support records for 3 years as required by Korean law; access logs for 3 months.
4. Processors: BACKND (game server, account and save storage, receipt validation, notices); Google LLC (Google Play distribution and billing; AdMob advertising).
5. International transfer: advertising ID, device information, IP address, ad interaction data and payment information are transferred to Google LLC in the United States over the network when ads are shown or purchases are made, for advertising and payment processing, and kept according to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can delete your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
6. Sharing: we do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent except as required by law, and we do not sell it.
7. Your rights: you can request access, correction, deletion (account deletion) or suspension of processing at any time by emailing kseungpyo1701@gmail.com with your in-game account ID (copy it from Settings or Title screen > Account).
8. Children: the Game is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that we collected data from a child under 14, we delete it.
9. Security: communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), server access is restricted, and save data carries an integrity check.
