Tattoo services are permanent and performed with your full consent; therefore:
No refunds are offered on completed tattoos, regardless of size, style, or placement.
Booking deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment time and cover the artist’s preparation work.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds will only be considered if the studio must cancel your appointment and cannot reschedule you.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
A free touch-up may be offered within X weeks (commonly 6–8 weeks) after the original session, at the artist’s discretion.
Touch-ups are not included for tattoos affected by:
Improper aftercare
Excessive sun exposure
Picking, scratching, or peeling
Swimming or submerging prematurely
Touch-ups for these issues may incur an additional fee.
For retail items such as aftercare products, clothing, or jewelry:
Unopened and unused products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Clothing may be exchanged for size if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They may be transferred to another person.
If you believe there is an issue with your tattoo:
Contact the studio within 72 hours with clear photos.
If the issue is determined to be caused by the artist or materials, the studio will provide:
A free re-work session, or
A replacement design session, depending on the situation.
If the issue is due to improper aftercare, sun exposure, or client negligence, standard rates will apply.
If you experience an allergic reaction or medical concern:
Contact a medical professional immediately.
The studio cannot offer refunds for reactions outside their control, but may document the incident.
