Because customers can freely handle the jewelry before buying:
No refunds are given after the purchase is completed.
No exchanges are allowed after the jewelry leaves the store.
Once purchased, the item is considered final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Since customers are allowed to:
Touch
Hold
Inspect
Compare
the jewelry before purchasing, this counts as the inspection period.
Therefore:
After a customer has inspected the item and decided to buy it,
they accept the condition and style of the item as-is.
An exchange can be made only before the jewelry is paid for.
Example:
Customer picks up earrings, decides they want a different pair → OK to switch before paying.
After the purchase → no returns, no exchanges.
If an item is defective:
The customer must report it within 24–48 hours.
The studio will inspect the item.
If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the customer may receive:
A replacement (same or similar item), or
Store credit
Not considered a defect:
Scratches, bending, pulling, breakage from handling or wearing.
Even if customers can touch jewelry before buying:
Once purchased, it is considered used and cannot be resold.
For this reason, the studio cannot allow returns or exchanges after purchase.

All jewelry sales are final after purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been bought.
Defective items may be replaced within 48 hours.
