Originally from Allentown, PA, Dr. Kurtz graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and minor in Spanish and later graduated from Temple with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After completing a 6-month rotation at Kinetic, Jeff was hired in May 2019. Jeff completed his Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certification in September 2019 and his Medical II Certification in March 2020.

Growing up, Jeff played a variety of sports but mostly played golf and baseball at Parkland High School. During his sophomore year, he had Tommy John Surgery and later tore his ACL the following year. It was through these injuries that he fell in love with physical therapy and decided to pursue the profession. He now enjoys treating people of all ages and activity levels, though most of his clients have orthopaedic conditions. His passion lies in evaluating and treating golfers. In hisspare time, Jeff enjoys golfing, frequenting Phoenixville’s breweries, and spending time at the beach in Ocean City, MD. Currently, Jeff is the Clinic Director and physical therapist at Kinetic's Phoenixville YMCA location.
