National Science Foundataion Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF-GRFP)

KIMSLAB's 1st PhD student, Dominic Meler, has been selected as a NSF-GRFP fellow! This fellowship is one of the most prestigious fellowship that one can be awarded as a graduate student. With the support of NSF, Dominic will investigate fundamental cryogenic phase change heat transfer dynamics.

🎉 NEW NSF IRES-HSTC Scholar - Sanjay Karthik

KIMSLAB's undergraduate research intern, Sanjay Karthik, has been selected for the NSF IRES-Hydrogen Ship Technology Center (HSTC) Scholars Program! Sanjay is heading to Pusan National University in South Korea this summer to investigate cryogenic storage and cryogenic two-phase thermal control for liquid hydrogen ships.
