Hello! I'm your school librarian, Ms. Mega. Here's a little bit to know about me:
I am new here at Anderson Elementary School!
I recently finished my master's degree in library and information science from the University of SC.
I previously earned my master's degree in school counseling from Clemson University, and I worked as a school counselor for 10 years.
Cool facts:
I am a mom of 4 boys which includes a set of triplets.
We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. You'll hear about them a lot!
My favorite color is blue... and purple!
Our library runs so well because of the wonderful parent volunteers. Some are here often, but others can only dedicate time here and there. If you want to help, please reach out to me or our PTO about volunteering.
Parent volunteer, Mrs. Anne, reads a story to some students. The kids like to call her Grandma Anne.
Parent volunteer, Ms. Nyah, helps to keep the library shelves straight and helps students find books they want. She is loved by everyone!
