Hello, I am Kimberly but like to be called Kim I am a student right now at Grand Canyon University I am going got my BA in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I will gradute the first week of May. I am currently doing the last run of my studnet teaching and it is in General Education my last Students teaching experience was in Special Education and the staff and the teachers were all so great and the kids were awesome as well. I can not wait to see what I learn from general education. I am doing my student teaching in Jeannette Mckee school district. Before going to Grand Canyon University I was not really sure what I wanted to do with my life I was just working at jobs I was not happy with and I landed a job at a preschool and I knew after a month that is what I wanted to do with the rest of my life and GCU came into my life at a perfect time and I signed up and here I am all these years later so much closer to my goal even though I few times I wanted to qute my professors kept me going and gave me faith that I could do it. I also was a nanny for a few years with a family that had 5 small children all under the age of 5 I always knew that I wanted to work with children but never knew how I was going to do that because I never thought that I could find a school that would work for me and the needs that I needed and well I was wrong.
