Constructed Abstraction
Constructed Abstraction
Constructed Abstraction extends the photographic image beyond a single encounter with architecture.
Using selected photographic fragments, layering, reflection, and controlled intervention, I reconstruct spatial relationships while retaining their origin in the real world.
The work does not seek to leave photography behind. Instead, it explores the point at which photographic reality can generate another visual structure.
Architecture becomes material for transformation, moving between photograph and construction, reality and imagination, recognition and abstraction.
