Kijoo Bae is a Korean fine art photographer whose work explores abstraction through fragments of architecture.

By isolating line, colour, light, reflection, surface, and structure, he allows familiar buildings to lose their fixed identity and emerge as new visual compositions.

His photographs are neither simple records of architecture nor purely constructed abstractions. They arise through an encounter between architecture, light, time, perception, and framing.
