Too many people are getting hacked on social media and finding personal information. This can be caused by oversharing on social media. Oversharing on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and many other apps can cause you to be hacked. Not only this, it allows people to gain your identity.

Barclays is warning that parents might be "lulled into a false sense of security" and fail to realize they are making their children "fraud targets" in the future, by publishing so much personal information which will remain online. Banks say parents can reveal names, ages and dates of births from birthday messages, home addresses, place of birth, mother's maiden name, schools, the names of pets, sports teams they support, and photographs.
