If your study status is still “Leave of Absence” and you are a KICT student, please email kict_ddsdce@iium.edu.my (att: Sr. Hafizati) to change your study status to “active”.

·        If your study status is still “Leave of Absence” and you are NOT a KICT student (such as ENM and IRKHS students taking minor program), please contact your respective Kulliyyah to change your study status to “active”.

Kindly proceed to the Finance Division, IIUM.

Please write a formal letter of appeal, stating your full name, matric number, justifications, and attach the relevant supporting documents such as:

·        Academic history (showing the grades/CGPA obtained every semester)

·        Confirmation slip (showing courses registered in the current semester)

·        Your personal study plan until graduation, showing the total credit hours that you have registered, and the number of credits and courses that you are planning to register until graduation.
