- I was able to keep the momentum of the community despite the lack of Program Coordinators and a huge headcount of employees.- Consistent Monthly Rewards and Recognition events.- Was able to onboard new Program Coordinators.- Celebrated the 4th anniversary of the account and was able to recognize and give gifts to those who celebrated their 4th year in the program.- Online activities became a bridge for Work from Home and Onsite team members to be engaged through our social media platform.- Had launched a new tier (DSS) for North America and APAC Region.- Exhausted 2021 budget for incentives and raffle prizes.- "Titaprenuer" A Corporate Social Responsibility activity about entrepreneurship, gratitude, and fortitude in business that was sponsored by Airbnb won 1st place in CSR Volunteers award and donations will be given to partner beneficiary which is the Gawad Kalinga - Tita's of Manila.- Airbnb Team Members volunteered with the CSR Team for Telus days of giving (TDOG) and were able to complete the Book Translation, Brigada Eskwela, and virtual run this 2021.
My Personal Highlights:
- Won 2nd place and represented the TI Philippines in the recent Telus International Music Fest - Asia Pacific.- Joined 2 SIG competitions and activities such as Project Rise Up by TIP Music Club and Munting Sangol virtual performance by TIP Chorale.- Joined the 1st ever Global choir, made up of Telus team members across six countries. Together, we have connected to produce a single harmonious Choir and entered the 2021 CICF Ibec Workplace Choir of the Year Competition as part of the Cork International Choral Festival. - Gave contributions to different Mckinley West inter-site competitions and currently leading first place with the #HappyHere points.
